Took my RV to get the rear shocks replaced. Bolts were rusty and stuck but they got it done. Nice to work with.

Brought my truck to have the tires road-force balanced. Instead of waiting in the lobby I decided to go across the street and pass the time. When I returned I found out they hadn't even touched my truck due to my aftermarket lug nuts. So an hour and a half wasted there. I then take my vehicle home and return it the factory configuration and reinstall the factory lug nuts which I figured would appease the manager, Larry. I returned, told them I put the factory nuts back on and hoped that would be sufficient. Wrong. Larry then took me into the shop had me remove a lug nut. Tried to tell me my setup was still unsafe even though that was how it came from the factory. They had employees talking about making me sign a waiver. After explaining to them in detail that everything they were looking at was factory configuration (factory wheels, factory studs, factory lug nuts) they finally reluctantly performed the road-force balance. I get being safe and not wanting the liability...but the whole thing was done in the most unfriendly manner I had ever experienced. ⭐☆☆☆☆ I bought a used tire from Purcell Tire and Service Center in Billings, expecting it to last at least a couple of months. To my surprise, just two days later, all the tread/grips started coming off. I went back to talk to the manager, hoping they would help or offer a solution, but all I got was, “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do.” For a company this big, I expected better customer service and accountability. Very disappointed. I will not be coming back, and I don’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service or products

The guys were awesome in helping me when I had a breakdown while travelling cross-country between highway exits. They had the one random tire in stock that I needed in that moment and even offered information on a local towing company if I needed help to get to them. They were quick and efficient and were able to solve my immediate issue as well as show me what had happened to my tire. I highly recommend you check them out.
